Hi, I’m Deana!
Mother. Wife. Educator. Friend.
I created Plans for Parents to help more people feel supported in their transition to parenthood because I've studied the areas that matter, and that parents aren't told about or plan for, beyond just the baby. My husband and I have seen the power of this information and the approach in our own family and in others, so that they can thrive instead of survive. It starts with the postpartum period and optimizing rest and needs for everyone, and includes intentional components at an individual, couple, family, and societal level.
Knowledge is truly power, and so is a holistic and intentional approach involving all parents, from the beginning. Let's plan for life's greatest transition, together.
